Picture yourself standing in front of the bathroom mirror with your three year old standing next to you watching you ready yourself for the day. You are having problems with a particular piece of hair that just will not lay down despite the amount of gel, hairspray, or wax you have applied. You exclaim "I have a rooster tail!" Your three year old leans back away from the counter that he has been so patiently holding up and peers at your butt only to exclaim, "No you don't, daddy!"
I happened to be in the bathroom at the very same time and witnessed all of this. I laughed so hard I had to stop putting my makeup on because my eyes were watering so much.

The Girls
On this wonderful Thanksgiving, I want to let my sisters and sisters-in-law to know how thankful I am for them and the friendship we share. There are so many women in the world who do not have such relationships with their families. Amber, Lindsay, Andrea, Elizabeth, Peggy, and Nancy I love you all and am thankful for each of you. First Day of School
Briton started Kindergarten this year.I took this picture during his first week of school. He loves going to school, he likes his teacher, he loves learning, going to the library, and his favorite part is going to the various stations.

The Blauer's Fourth of July
We spent our fourth of July in Blackfoot together.
Our family went to the zoo in Idaho Falls. We had never been there.
Our little chick-a-dees.The kids played outside almost all afternoon.

T-Ball
The month of June was a very busy one for our family. Briton played T-Ball. He had games every Monday and Wednesday night and practice every Thursday night. He really enjoyed playing and was the most improved player on the team. Brian and Summer really enjoyed watching him play. Isn't that what parenthood is all about?
